NashvilleGab Origins
NashvilleGab was started by Shannon back in 2008 on a whim because she couldn’t find any good country music gossip or news that was actually fun to read.
Shannon – is also known as Bloggin’ Momma, Queen Bee, NashvilleGab, or whatever else people can think up to call her.
She’s a big celebrity junkie and an even bigger country music fan and is pretty much the queen of completely useless celebrity trivia. She figured that if she was looking for something different, so were others, and boy was she right.
NashvilleGab Today
Shannon sold NashvilleGab in early 2023 and now we have a range of people on the editorial and content team.
Bee is a very well-respected contributor to the likes of Wide Open Country and Holler and joined the Nash Gab team in early 2023.
Michelle
is the Owner/President of Pitch Candy PR, a boutique music publicity firm based in Nashville. Pitch Candy PR specializes in crafting and telling engaging stories and navigating the world of media for music artists and music-based projects.
Michelle joined the editorial team in 2025. With customized product launch ideas and sales strategies, Michelle has helped launch grass-roots music publicity campaigns and large-scale National press campaigns. She brings 20+ years of experience working with established artists, rising singer/songwriters, musicians, music festivals, red carpet events and nonprofit music events.
Aaron
has been a fan of music for his entire life and got involved in the music industry immediately after graduating high school. His passion for lyrics and storytelling is evident in music he’s written and produced for other artists.
He’s currently based out of Nashville, TN and is actively involved in the writing and production scene there.

Nowadays, we still deal in gossip, but it’s meant to be fun and we’re not here to ruin anyone’s day or life. We’re sometimes snarky but harmless and only share the stories that we find entertaining and interesting.
