The movie has made more than $200 millionaround the world, and it is likely to make many more big bucks as it runs.
In China, Alien: Romulus is likely to beat GOTG Vol. 3’s total box office take to become one of the ten highest-grossing Hollywood movies after COVID.

The sci-fi horror movie held its own against strong competition from both new movies and movies that were already out during the Bank Holiday weekend.
The second-placed Sony movie “ It Ends With Us ” made £1.8 millionin its third week, bringing its total to £15.8 million.
In the meantime, “ Deadpool & Wolverine” by Walt Disney continued to do well in its fifth week, earning £1.7 millionto land at No. 3 and bring its total to over £52 million.

With an 86% rating , Alien Romulus, directed by Fede Álvarez, has gotten a lot of good reviews and is now the third highest-scoring Alien movie of all time.
The movie goes back to the basics, like the first Aliens, with a group of runaway kids trying to get away from their doomed life on a mining planet by breaking into a space station.
Their plan quickly goes off the rails, though, when they meet a dangerous Xenomorph. The lead players, Cailee Spaeny and David Jonsson give great turns in the movie.
Spaeny shines as the unwilling escapee who becomes a tough survivor, and Jonsson gives a great performance as a broken Synthetic who changes surprisingly.
His performance as the Synthetic is especially impressive because he clearly shows how loyal and devoted the character is to Spaeny’s character.
The “stalking” part of the movie is very well done; it builds tension and drama as the characters try to get around the dangerous space station.
Finding out that some parts of the story are connected to other movies gives it more meaning. The ending is intense and will stay with you forever.
There is a scene that is so graphic that film crews have to move away. Some things about Alien Romulus are bad, even though it has many good points.
The movie’s use of references and repeated lines from the original Alien and Aliens movies feels forced and overly meta, which takes away from the enjoyment of watching it.
These parts of the story do not seem natural; they read more like winks to the audience.
The plot of the movie is also a lot like the first one, with scenes that are repeated and Spaeny’s character changing into Ripley.
Alien: Romulus is a great addition to the series. It has great acting , great real effects mixed with CG effects, and an exciting story.
Director Álvarez has done a great job of capturing the mood of the originals while also adding new elements to the series.
