I hate to reschedule shows but I powered through being sick in Tampa last night, and unfortunately woke up feeling way worse today. I would not give you guys anywhere near 100% tonight and as a result, I need to move tonight's Tampa show to Oct. 4 and next week's Charlotte shows…

Wallen is supposed to headline AT&T Stadiumin Arlington, Texas, for his next booked event on July 25.
Although his One Night at a Time tour’s U.S. leg was slated to finish in August, he will be back after a trip to a few European and UK locations.
Though Wallen’s health update lacked specifics about the kind of his disease, supporters were sympathetic to his choice to give his health priority.
His website’s tour page now features the canceled events, and his return to the stage is much awaited by the fans.
Despite Morgan Wallen’s performance being canceled, Jelly Roll’s spontaneous pop-up event in Tampa guaranteed that attendees still had a wonderful and unforgettable evening out.
A monument to his expertise and artistry is the country music star’s passion for his fans and his will to provide them with his finest performance imaginable.
With the country singer singing at Raymond James Stadium as part of his “One Night at a Time” tour, Morgan Wallen’s back-to-back shows in Tampa, Florida, on July 10 and 11 were much-awaited events.
Wallen’s health problems, however, caused the July 12th event to be canceled, therefore disappointing the attendees.
Still, the 11th July performance proceeded as planned, with attendees tailgating in the parking lot from 2:30 p.m. forward.
Along with Wallen, the event included Jelly Roll, Nate Smith, and Bryan Martin among other musicians.
Traveling from Polk County, Marissa Helms, a fan, was overjoyed to be at the event; Helms said she had been a fan of Wallen since his early years.
Concert tickets ranged in cost, with people spending as much as $700for floor seats.
Fans were thrilled to see Wallen play live, his music connecting with them on a deep level, despite the great costs.
J.R. Jaus, a morning show presenter at 99.5 QYK, claims that strong demand lets musicians like Wallen do back-to-back performances as well as cross over into other genres and reach a larger audience.
This was seen in Wallen’s event, which drew a varied spectrum of attendees from several musical backgrounds and age ranges.
Such events have a major financial effect on Tampa Bay as well as attendees’ help with hotel stays and restaurant visits.
Although the 12th July event was canceled disappointed some, supporters of Wallen’s choice to give his health priority were sympathetic.
But the previous concert’s success was evidence of Wallen’s appeal and the Tampa audience’s vitality.
Artists such as Wallen will keep returning to Tampa provided the community shows its support, as Jaus pointed out, hence the cancellation of the performance is a mere hiccup in an otherwise excellent festival.
