Melinda was the pampered child of her parents, like every younger child in the family . Even after her parents’ separation, she maintained a loving and balanced life with her father.
She was also friendly with her half-siblings. She described her father as a loving father, and she was proud to be his daughter.
Despite the divorce, her parents raised their children manner fully. They fulfilled their jobs well. Melinda once talked about her parents’ efforts and love for them.
Melinda attempted lung transplant surgery a few years back. She fought against cancer for thirty-five years with her family through the organization of Cancer Foundation. She was a loving mom, a kind grandmother, and loved fun.
Melinda passed away in 2022 at the age of 82. She loved her grandchildren in a unique way by packing creatively designed gifts for them and making them laugh by telling numerous jokes.
