Steve Craig is a former basketball player and the husband of singer and actress Marie Osmond . Marrying Osmond is one of the reasons for his popularity, as he is not known as a basketball player but as the husband of Osmond.
Craig played basketball at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, from 1975 to 1981. The Cougars finished one game short of the Final Four in the 1980–1981 season, but they made it to the NCAA Elite Eight .
To receive an accolade from BYU, Craig and the crew returned to the Marriott Center on campus in January 2022. Osmond initially disclosed that she loves being her husband ’s wife again, “ He is the nicest guy ever. He knows how to fulfill people’s needs and love them. “
