Wouldn’t you like to know the worth of your blog? Well there is a way to find out…

The first thing to do is to head over to Technorati.com, register there and claim your blog. After claiming your blog at technorati, head over to “ How much is your blog worth? ” calculator. Dane Carlson of Business Opportunities Weblog is the author of this nifty Technorati-powered script. The little applet uses Technorati’s API which computes and displays your blog’s worth using the same link to dollar ratio as the AOL-Weblogs Inc deal.

The worth of your blog is displayed in an image. You can copy and paste the code into your blog so that it appears in the sidebar. This is a great motivation tool as you can see the value rising as you continue to blog.

For the new blogger users, to install the code in your blog, login to your Dashboard and click on Layouts. This opens the Page Elements tab. Click on Add Page Element link at the top of the sidebar and choose Html/Javascript Page Element. Paste the given code under and Save. View Blog.

Is the worth of your blog enough to buy you your dream house ?….(smiles…)
