You can electronically transfer airtime from the existing credit in your Etisalat prepaid account to another Etisalat prepaid account. You can transfer any amount. It is secure, as the transfer transaction is PIN protected.

The code for transfer of airtime using Etisalat Nigeria SIM card is : *223*PIN*Amount*MSISDN#

MSISDN = The Etisalat number you want to transfer airtime to.

EtisalatNigeria

Etisalat Nigeria notifies the sender and receiver about the transaction via USSD and SMS message.

In case you forget your password or the SIM is locked due to entry of wrong password several times, just call Etisalat customer care. Dial 200 to connect to Etisalat Nigeria customer care.

Authorized customer care representative will reset the PIN to the default after you might have been duly authenticated as the correct owner of the account for which request is being made. You can change the PIN code after the reset action to maintain confidentiality.
