Family Planning Clinics Closing
It is with great sadness that South Central Public Health District (SCPHD) must close our family planning clinics. Our last day to provide supplies in Bellevue, Burley, and Jerome will be September 30, 2014.After this date, you must find another provider to meet your reproductive health needs. SCPHD will be available to transfer records to your healthcare provider of choice.
