A Lovely Lunch Buffet at Royal Pines Hotel Chiba
If you're near JR Chiba Station and looking for a quiet, spacious place to enjoy a delicious and affordable hotel buffet, I highly recommend Buffet Diner "Psacipha" at Royal Pines Hotel Chiba.

Chocolate drink (a must-try!)
