I love England and also love France. It's difficult to imagine this idea in reality. Even if it did happen, they would not have stayed united for too long. For both people enjoy arguing too much, British must be very proud of their nation and their history. They want to make their own decisions. So do France, maybe. However, The "Union" would have got much more powerful force on the glove and would have stopped the USA from monopolising the world.
