人の性格を表現するのは得意ですか？nice や naive みたいに日本語でもそのまま使える表現もありますよね。

Nova のレッスンで習った言葉をロングマン現代アメリカ英語辞典〔普及版〕から見てみると

* nice - good, pleasant, attractive, enjoyable, friendly or kind

* quiet - someone who is quiet does not usually talk very much

* loud - someone who is loud talks too loudly and confidently

* reserved - unwilling to express your emotions or talk about your problems

* calm - relaxed and quiet, not angry, nervous, or upset

* moody - having moods that change often and quickly, especially angry or bad moods

* sociable - friendly and liking to be with other people

* funny - making you laugh

* cheerful - behaving in a way that shows you are happy, for example by smiling or being very friendly

* polite - behaving or speaking in a way that is correct for the social situation you are in, and showing that you are careful to consider other people's needs and feelings

* reliable - someone who is reliable can be trusted or depended on

* talkative - liking to talk a lot

* confident - sure that you can do something or deal with a situation successfully

* aggressive - someone who is aggressive is very determined to succeed or get what they want

* friendly - behaving toward someone in a way that shows you like them and are ready to talk to them or help them

* shy - nervous and embarrassed about talking to other people, especially people you do not know

* nervous - worried or afraid about something, and unable to relax

* naive - not having much experience of how complicated life is, so that you trust people too much and believe that good things will always happen
