一週間の時間をきめる
今日は急に有休がとれたので、ひさびさに仕事のことを全く忘れてひとりで街をぶらついた。昨晩、いろいろと考えたが、平日の昼間しかできない独りでできることを考えた結果原宿あたりをぶらついて服を物色するという選択をした。映画も考えたが、ひとりじゃなくてもできるし、家でDVD借りてきても良いし。ボクシング行こうと思ったが休みの日で大丈夫だし。たまたま先週土曜の空き時間に、floatに遊びにいってなんとなく洋服に火がついていた。さがしものは１）バックパック２）ワークパンツ／ペインターパンツ成果１）バックパックは良さそうなものにあたりをつけてかえってくることができた。２）ワークパンツ／ペインターパンツもかなりほしいいものをみつけた。もういちど週末にでかける気分になったら買いにいこう。その他、原宿方面に行こうということで、最近できたばかりのeggs n' thingsに行こうと思ったのだが、猛烈な行列でとてもじゃないが独りで並ぶのはありえない状態だった。tallysの松田公太さんが輸入してきた店なので、そんなにおかしなことはないだろうと思っている。いまは春休みということもあり混雑しているのだろうか。できたばかりだし。ブームなのかな。パンケーキもさることながら１月にハワイにいったときに食べた、おむれつのよこについてるじゃがいもがおいしかったので、おなじようなものがたべられるならいきたいとおもった。やっぱ朝食たべにいくツアーで家族でいけ、ということなのだろうか。さいきんは運動をしっかりしているからかもしれないが、渋谷原宿渋谷とあるいてまわったが足はちっともつかれなかった。あるいはニューバランスのスニーカーがすばらしいのかもしれない。かえりがけに、なんとなくfloatによった１時間以上話し込んでかえってきたのだが、いいはなしをきけたお店にはいろんなひとがおとずれるとのこと。なかにはおもしろいひとがたくさんいるらしい。お店のコンセプトがしっかりとしていることもあり、わりとにたテイストのおきゃくさんがあつまるというようなことをいわれていた。すばらしい。おれもそういう、なんかいいくううきをまとうひとが集まるような店をつくって場を提供したいものである。で、いいとおもった肝心のはなしは、東大生のはなし。ほんとうにできそうなひとは、べんきょうばっかりやっていないらしいとのこと。たしかにみのまわりにいたとうだいのひともそうだった。高校時代を思い出してみてもいわゆるがりべんみたいなひとじゃなくて、東大にいくひとはちょっとちがうかんじのひともいたように思う。もちろんすさまじくべんきょうしているとおもったが、そもそもなんかちがうんだなあとおもいみょうになっとくした。よいとおもったはなしは。。。あるhとは、一週間に何時間勉強するかをきめているらしい。総量だけをきめておく。基本１日８時間ならば、週５６時間ときめておく。ただし、かならず毎日っx時間とか絶対に守ろうということはしない。たまには遊びすぎることもあればそれを許容して、別の日で取り戻すのである。ということだった。なるほど、とおもった。さいきん、べんきょうをしたいことがたくさんあるので、時間割を作ろうとおもっていたのだが、いまいち現実味のある時間割がつくれずにどうしたものかとおもっていた。仕事のざんぎょうもあれb、飲みにいく日もある。そもそも学校のようにはいかないのが社会人の時間配分。が、今日の話でみょうに司会がひらけた。毎週、いっしゅうかんあたりの勉強時間総量を英語、とか、生産計画、とか、プレゼン能力、とか、javaの勉強とか、いろいろわけといて、一週間のなかで、予実績をぶつけながら実行していけばよいのではないか。あともうひとつのはなし。東大にうかった子がやってた話。そのこは、受験当日の時間ん胃あたまがはたらうくように、かならずその試験がはじまる時間帯に勉強をしていたということだった。これも受験にかぎらず当てはまるはなしだとおもった。ルーチンというか、規則ただしいリズムというのは確実に存在すると思う。そのリズムにのっとってこうどうすることで最大の成果をあげることができるのかも、という理論はなっとくした。たとえばイチロー選手がねくすとばったーずさーくるにいるときからばったーぼくするに入るまでの動作はいつも一緒、とか、松井選手もほぼ同様、とか、すごい人は、あるルーチンをもっているらしい。そのルーチン（習慣とよみかえて良いのだと思う）を自分にきずきあげることで、受験というものに最大のパフォーマンスを発揮するべくこうどうした学生くんもまたあたまがよいひとなのだろうと想像した。自分はそのようなてんさいたちとはちがうぼんじんだが、だからこそよけいに、習慣とかルーチンをいしきして行動しようとおもった。うーん、やっぱりはやおきかなぁ。あさごはんつくるとか。麻さんぽするとか。一日のスタートをちゃんと切れるルーチンなり習慣んをかんがえてみようとおもった。今日はこんなきっかけをくれた話を聞かせてもらって本当によかった。ありがとうHさん。

A steak house has changed
I had a dinner @ butchers steak house tonight. It was very delicious dinner. It was more delicious than I expected. What I ordered was BOSTON hamburg which figures like stick. M size was 270 gram. The quantity was enough. Japanese DAIKON OROSHI source matched with meat. This shop was not a shop which they used to be. 昔の店とは違う They were France-tei that serves steak and hamburg. So I asked a shop staff that this was France-tei and are there any differences between now and then? The shop staff said that staffs are same but every other things are different ,menus and meats. I was surprised at their progress with same employees. It is successful case in management. I am interested in the way how to generate incredible progress with same resources. ここまで書いて思ったけど…期待をこえていると人は感動するものだ

３／２６名古屋出張
久々に出張にいった。名古屋は近い。昼過ぎに横浜をでて、打ち合わせを終えて帰ってきても８時すぎだった。構想のためのヒアリングをしてきた。生まれて初めて超上流工程のヒアリングというものをやった。（同行した。いくつか質問はしたが。。）今日のきづき・時間配分を考える・紙に書いていないことも考えて、質問する。・聞きたいことのフレームワークを持つ・業務知識が足りないのでものの本から身につける。・マクロ視点（コンサル：経営視点）とミクロ視点（SE：業務・システム視点）の使い分けが大事。 →両方できないと将来きびしくなる。と思った。・知っていることを有機的に結びつけて考える能力が欲しい。足りない。。。。・想像でものを言うときも、それなりのベースがないと浅い。・とにかく、自分はいろいろ、足りないのだから、十分に準備すること・十分に復習すること・理解したことを、テキストの議事録だけではなくて、絵で図解してみること。以上

脇を締める
ジャブもストレートも、脇をしめた状態からうつこと。どうしてもストレートを打つときに脇があがってしまうらしい。きをつける。

Think about 'greeting'
Today I think about hot to do greetings in English. →do greeting? or greet ?Firstly "how are you?" or "how are you doing?".I am not sure about difference between these two.I think "how are you doing?" is more friendly usage.Let's think about replying "how are you?"!I learned the reply "I'm fine thank you ,and you?" in my junior high school .If my remember is right, I learned only this expression.When English lesson started, the English teacher said "how are you everybody?" to students.After that , everybody said " I'm fine thank you ,and you?".There was no other expressions...But Is it usual usage in English? I don't think so."How are you?" is the start of conversation.It is absolutely strange always same.In japan we say "Genki?" reply " un ma- ma- ... saikin xx nandayo- ""Genki?" is the opening of conversation.The reply would be the first topic of conversation.......So What expression I reply?GoodPretty goodNot so badNot goodTerrible!So so...Any other ? I think it is more important after these reply.e.g. Good ! because ...e.g. Terrible!! I caught new influenza!....

I changed blog design little
When I looked my blog on the web, I noticed that the width of my diary is very narrow.Firstly I didn't like the advertisement of left bound on the page .So I changed settings of my blog design.Wao by changing setting little , my blog looking better than before. I thought more about design, I kininarihajimeta in detail. きになればなるほど気になる...Especially I don't like English FONT. tyotto kakko warui yo....I would like to change it! And ...recently( from this week kurai saikin) I learned about web designing technology... Rich faces , ajax etc...I want to build my own page! but a little mendokusai.kyou wa koko made.

"Quick Silver" a useful software for Mac users...
I found very useful application for operating Mac,called "Quick Silver" at this late date.*at this late date means : "ima sara nagara..ima ni natte... in Japanese" : means →.Many people have known about it but I knew recently.I saw an article talked about free softwares useful for working efficiency on the CNET Japan web site.That article introduced it which is a very useful tool for efficient working. ↑ was? *作業効率化ツール マウスを利用した操作に頼りがちなMacだが、このツールがあれば2～3のキーをタイプするだけでアプリケーションを起動、ファイルを開くなど一連の作業を処理できる。I searched about "quick silver" on the internet.Now I have known main features of it ...I understood that we don't have to use a "mouse" by using Quick Silver .You can invoke it pressing "ctrl+space (^space)".If we use this tool, we can invoke applications by typing a few keys. No need mouse.For instance, "Invoke Safari" without operating a mouse. STEPS are below...1) Invoke Quick Silver Press "^space"(ctrl + space) ,then Quick silver will be invoked.2) Type the word "safari" Then Safari will be invoked.I like it. Because by using it I don't have to use mouse or touch pad.I use a similar software called "Blue wind" on the windows machine (My PC on business).Quick Silver has many other useful functions.I have not known all functions yet. I would search more about how to use it later...kyou wa koko made.

----after Dave's review----It was the nice GIG.Thanks MONKEYMAJIK.I felt the power of Rock tonight.I haven't seen their live performance in more than 5 years.The last time I saw their performance was @their street live in their indies period.I found them by chance when I traveled to Sendai in 2001 or 2002.I believed in their success at their street live @ JOZENJI STREET JAZZ FESTIVAL.(Probably they performed at in front of office building.)When I saw them the first time, I was knocked out by their songs. →ライブをみるのは、watch じゃなくて、seeのほうがあっているらしい。watch には映画みたいに何時間もみる、みたいな意味をもっているらしい。 →the first time ...また、the だ。。。I was surprised that there was a nice band in the local indies scene. →また過去形にし忘れた。I remembered that memory at tonight's GIG. →× in the tonight's GIG ......◎at tonight's GIGSo I expected them to perform their old songs tonight.They played the song 'WAIT' tonight! ----after Dave's review----Today's training Memo (Don't forget these points)NOTE:When punching,keep the upper body straight and use your leg muscles to generate power by twisting your lower body. →上半身 upper body、下半身 lower body 。Keep the upper body in a central line. Do not move your head and body to side.When punching, don't break the balance.Keep the balance of the body in a central line especially when punching with a straight right. →in a central lineからだの重心を真ん中に、っって意味で通じるっぽい。 →右ストレート straight rightでいいみたい。I tend to move my head and body to the left side when I punch straight right.Always use a jab after you finish a combination.When you do shadow boxing,straight right should hit my right shoulder in the mirror.----before Dave's review----Today's training MEMO. (not to forget )NOTE:Keep the upper of body in central.Punch by under half of the body(using chest & foot twisting) Keep the whole body in central. (Do not move your head and body to side.) I think "conjunction" is important to write diary in English
----after Dave's review----Even when writing Japanese sentence,conjunctions are very important.Because it composes the structure of the whole sentence.I have little vocaburally,so I can only remember a few conjunctions when I write my diary.Little by little I cant get conjunctions into my brain.I will reach my objective(=goal).NOTES:Think defferent between countable thing and uncountable thing.e.g. conjunctions are countable ....> a few conjunctions 接続詞は数えられるので a がつく。e.g. rice is uncountable....> little rice 米粒は数えられないので a はつかない。この場合 few rice じゃなくてlittle rice になる、ということだった。----before Dave's review----Even writing Japanese sentence , conjunction is very important.Because it compose structure of the whole sentence.I have little vocabrally,so I don't remember only some junctions when I write diary.little by little I would get conjunctions into my brain.I would forward to my object.

Junior colleague（kohai) motivated me
----after Dave's review----Today I was surprised by my junior colleague.I felt more shocked than surprised by this incident.When I chatted with him this evening,he said that he read a book that dealt with production management. →疑問：本は生産管理を扱って「いる」なので過去形は変じゃない？ →Dave's answer ：read が過去なので、deal withも過去。時制は同じ分の中では同じになるのが普通らしい。 よって、deal with を現在形にするならば、 he said that he is reading a book that deals with...。 →疑問：なぜhe read the book じゃなくて a book ?? →Dave's answer : There are lots of books deal with production management.ほかにもたくさんあるでしょってこと。That book is very expensive. (SUGOI means great,cool,,,,)He has less experience than me but he has more YARUKI than me.That's why today I felt YABAI...I have decided to read the specialized book which treat with Producition Planning this month.I clicked amazon just now.YABAI includes::: I was boringHe is freshman at our section this year.So(to iu koto wa) I am ten years older than him.
