スザンヌさん、ＭＩＴのスザンヌ フリン教授から、先週メンサヘ
（メッセージ）が、日本のひっぽフェロウとメンバーの皆さんへ
という事で届きました。実はその一週間ほど前に、私宛に個人的な
感謝のメールを頂いていたのですが、是非、日本全体のひっぽメンバー
にメンサヘを！とお願いした所、以下のような素敵なメッセージを
頂きました。
ひっぽ（日本）で過ごした２週間は「さぞお疲れだったでしょう」と
のメールも送っていたのですが、『自分の今までの人生の中で最も
浮き浮きした爽やかな経験の一つでした』とか『各地の素晴らしい
ひっぽメンバーやひっぽの活動に出会って、
世界に"大きなＨｏｐｅ希望" を
いっぱい感じてアメリカに帰ってきました』等の内容を含む
（本文を参照ください）素敵な、私たちにとってこれ以上無いぐらい
の元気の出るメンサヘだと思います。是非、それぞれのファミリーの
皆さんと共有して頂ければ嬉しいです。

Dear Hippo Members in Japan,
Since returning home from Japan, I have been trying to compose a note
to everyone that would adequately express my deepest and sincerest
thank yous for the "extraordinary" experiences that I had with everyone
while I was in Japan.
Because of who all of you are and what you do, I left with a heart
filled with great hope for the world . I also felt so much joy
personally. I felt as though I could live in the world in a new
way. Those feelings have not ebbed* in any way; they continue.
Meeting with all the Hippo members from all over Japan is one of the
most exhilarating** experiences I have ever had in my life. You are all
so open and generous. You welcome me into your lives in a way that is so
rare and precious to me. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my
heart and soul.
There is really no way that I can adequately tell you how grateful
I am to everyone in Hippo for all that you do and did for me.
You never leave my thoughts and I cannot wait to see you all again soon.
