・ Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM ~ 4:00 PM.
・ Closed: Obon, New Year holidays, national holidays, Sundays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays
・Capacity & Operation: Up to 60 people・1 person～ (Experience sessions recommended for 2-27 people. Reservations for 1 person require payment for 2 people's experience fee. Includes incense for 2 people & 2 pouches). Groups of 28+ for experience sessions require consultation. Pouch sessions: up to 40 people・Incense sessions: up to 40 people・Authentic incense sessions: up to 8 people)
・Phone: Reservations/Inquiries: 0799-86-0065 (For car navigation settings when visiting: 0799-86-0360. If your navigation shows “in front of the post office,” this is not the experience facility. Please search by address: 2737-7 Ei, Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture.)
・Fees: Adult Incense Making Experience, Adult Incense Stick Craftsman Experience, Adult Scented Pouch Making Experience: Each \5,500 (tax included). Authentic Adult Incense Making Experience: \13,200 (tax included)
・Duration: Incense Making: Approx. 60 min. Incense Stick Craftsman: Approx. 10 min. Scented Pouch Making: Approx. 30 min. Factory Tour: Approx. 30 minutes.
・ Cancellation Policy: Up to 2 days prior: 30% of experience fee. 1 day prior: 50% of experience fee. Same day: 100% of experience fee. No-show: 120% of experience fee.
