Yesterday was on duty in day and night. I attended 24 emergency patients and made the four patients to enter the hospital. Two patients were severe bronchial pneumonia and another was severe abdominal pain and temporal unconscious each. As it has been warm in this winter, I hasn’t see any influenza patient, but I attended 3 influenza A type patients first this winter last night as it has been cold recently. They were young 26,26, and 38 years old. They were all over 38.5 degrees Centigrade and had joint pains. Two had not received influenza vaccination, but one had received it. I think the most principle risk for this disease is to cool the body after taking bath. You shouldn’t cool your body.
