本日早朝、東京からのスキー客を乗せた大型バスが長野県軽井沢で道路から転落し、14人死亡し27人が重軽傷を負った。大変悲惨な事故で、涙をこらえることが出来なかった。事故原因が調査されており、運転手の居眠り又は運転ミスかも知れない。私はその責任はドライバーだけでなく政府にもあると思う。政府による規制緩和後多くの不安定な観光会社が設立され、安全よりも安さで競争してきた。政府はまず第一に安全を考えるべきである。

at Karuizawa, Nagano prefecture killing 14 people and suffered injured 27 people in this early morning.
This is very miserable accident,I couldn't tolerate tears.
The background of accident is investigated now. It may be a doze or driving miss of driver.
I think the responsibility is not only on a driver but also on the administration.
After the deregulation, many unstable tour company was born,
and competed with each other by cheap fare than safety.
The administration should think safety first.
