今日は 「つくろう映画」
の記事用に
最近 “I'll Be There With You” という映画を完成させた、
映画監督の北村さんをインタビュー取材してきました。
まだ26歳と若いのに、
ほとんどがアメリカ人のキャストとスタッフで、
自分で監督、主演して長編映画を撮りあげた、
その情熱とバイタリティは素晴らしいです。
北村さん本人も、映画監督に必要なのは
第一に“パッション”だと言っていました。
映画も面白かったですが、
話も、北村さんのエネルギーがビンビン伝わってきて
とても面白かったです。
将来、大物になるのではという
期待感を持たせてくれる人物でした。
このようなバイタリティあふれる日本人の若者が
どんどん出てきてほしいですね。
3月4日にまた“I'll Be There With You”の上映がロスであるそうなので
英語ですが、情報を載せておきます。
