↑は先日更新したケセラセラの歌詞です。ドリス・デイさんはドイツ系だったのでしょうか、この歌詞はドイツのサイトからお借りしてます。

普通は子供の時と恋人が出来た時と子供に聞かれた時が歌われましたが、学校の先生に聞いたらというのはあまり歌われていませんでした。
（↑赤字）ところが、オニオンが覚えている母の口ずさみでは、「お金持ち、それとも貧乏絵描き」と出てくるのでした。もちろん母の口ずさみが正しいとは言えませんが、誰かがそう歌ったのは間違いないのです。
それもあまりに何度も繰り返すのでなぜか「貧乏絵描き」が残ってしまいました。いつの間にか絵描きは貧乏なんだと洗脳されたのです。それで、進学の時教師に芸術系はよっぽどな環境が揃っていないと苦労するぞと言われて、あきらめて普通科へ進んだオニオンでした。

それでちょっと探してみたのです。見つかりました。やっぱり、母は誰かがそういう歌詞で歌っていたのを口ずさんでいたのです。

しかし、それにしても何人の人がこの歌で救われたことでしょうか。。歌の影響は目に見えませんがとても大きいですね。。言葉の魔力とでも言うべきかも。。
