1位は The Fat Duck。
このオーナーは38歳。なかなか謙虚な人です。（他の有名シェフは毒舌家が多い）
なんと14ものイギリスのレストランが入っている。
イギリスの食事はまずいって、どこのウエブサイトでも、誰もが言っていましたね。もう偏見は捨てますか？
ふふ。イギリスのレストラン。。もう世界トップを走っているのです。
そう食べるなら、ロンドン。。あなたは同感ですか？
2005年4月18日The Royal Exchangeで授賞式。１位の発表は当日。
さっそく、ベッカムもよくいく、The Ivyレストラン。オーナーが売りに出す準備してますね。
ここは3ヶ月先の夜８時のテーブル予約も一般人には難しい。

感想として
スコットランドのレストランが入ってないのは残念ですね。
僕が行ってみたいレストランは
28位の Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons Oxford
Award:
ミシュラン2星を21回取得。
AA Chefs' Chef of the Year 2005
Food Arts Magazine USA 2004 'Silver Spoon' Award
庭園がすばらしい。都会の高級レストランよりは田園風景の
なかの落ち着いたゴージャスな雰囲気のレストランがいいですね。
お城のような大きな庭園付きホテル&レストランがいいですね。
ここでは映画スターではなく、あなたが主役になれるでしょう。
夕方、そして朝と庭園でばったり、有名人とお花の話しができるかもしれません。
他のレストランでは邪魔者扱いされてショックを受けて帰ることになるかも
しれないし、何ヶ月前に予約を入れても変更してくれと言われるかもしれない。
周りは超有名人だらけだから、落ち着いて食事もできないでしょう。
