abstract The Introduction to The Ethics concerning the practice of intervention toward the Patient――Starting from <The Theory of Body by Maurice Merleau-Ponty> [1]
The main target of this article is to formulate the first stage of the research project which forms the basis of professional education concerning the medical and nursing practice toward the patient (involving the communicative practice of intervention that gives voice to and exchanges words with the patient) by medical or clinical experts. In professional education, we need to get some consensus concerning the anticipating-ideal model that forms the basis of ethical evaluation which is crucial to the practice of intervention by experts before engaging into the practice of fieldwork in any particular area. This article is characterized as the achievement of the first task of constructing the basis of ethical evaluation concerning the practice toward the patient that is the first stage of the task of forming the above-mentioned consensus that anyone which engages professional education in both of the anticipating-ideal level and the following-practical level would get. In accomplishing this task, this article develops its main argument by referring to <The Theory of Body by Maurice Merleau-Ponty>.
