それぞれの人はそれぞれの性質を有している。先日私は素晴らしい性質の人に遭遇した。
数日前他の3人と一緒にゴルフをした。一般にそれぞれの人は自分が少しでも良い成績になるようにとプレイして、他人のことなど考えていない。もし誰かが良いショットをすれば「ナイスショト」と褒めるけれども、彼より自分のスコアが下がりやしないかと心の中では喜んでいない。しかし他の3人の中の一人Aさんは違った。彼は当に紳士だった。彼は我々に親身になってアドバイスしてくれたり、よいショットをすれば嫉妬心なしで真に褒めてくれた。私は彼に心から感銘を受けた。彼はこの春自動車販売会社を定年になった人である。それまで販売グループの長をしており、売り上げナンバーワンを達成してきたとのことである。私が思うに、彼は自分のことでなくまずお客さんのことを思い、自分の利益は考えないでお客さんのためになるように考えて車を売っていたのだと思う。
翻って自分について考えると、私は彼のような性質ではなく、何かをするときには他人のためになるように行おうとするが、心の片隅では自分の利益も考えている。
今私は職場でも私生活でも私の総ての生活において彼のように生きようと心掛けている。
Each person has each character . I met a wonderful character person the other day.
I played golf several days ago with other 3 person.
Each person generally plays for oneself, not for another person. If someone performs nice shot,
other prayer praise saying nice shot, but they do not delight in their mind afraid to be lower score than him.
But a player of the three, Mr. A was different, he is true gentleman.
I was impressed by him deeply. He retired this spring from auto sales company.
He was the chief of selling group and has achieved no 1 result.
I think he think first the customer not himself, he might sell the car for the customer not thinking his profit.
About for me, I am not such character as him, when I do something, I think I must do it for the another person but thinking also my profit in my some corner.
I am trying now to live as like him in every my life, not only work place but also in private life.
