ミサワホームホールディングスの再生支援にあたって、トヨタ自動車がスポンサーになった。加えて、トヨタ自動車のアドバイザーの野村プリンシパルはあわせて共同出資をした。
アドバイザーが案件の分析及びスキーム作りに加えて投資するということは、自分の分析とアドバイスに責任を持つということである。
