久しぶりの更新です
この夏、日本は連日の暑さで熱中症でなくなってらっしゃる方がかなり
いらしたようですが、皆さまもお気を付け下さいませ。
というのも実は私はこちら常夏の国にもうかれこれ1年以上住んでおります。
常夏ですが、実は最近の日本よりよっぽど涼しいんじゃないかと思っております。
こちらの住宅事情はおもしろく、少し変わっていて独特なものがありますので
ちょっとご紹介したいと思います。
こちらの国は、「貧しい」というイメージが強いのですが、実は貧富の差が
とーーーーっても激しく、お金持ちはホントにお金持ちです。
いわゆる「ヴィレッジ」と呼ばれる高級住宅街に住んでます。
ここでは24時間、出入りする人や車を厳しくチェックしてますので、一応
この中では、セキュリティーが保たれてます。
こちらにはこういったビレッジと呼ばれる住宅は至る所に沢山あって、
そのゲートで仕切られた内と外ではホントに別世界です。
この中にはテニスコートがあったり、またプールがあったり、はたまたクラブ
ハウスがあったりと快適に過ごせるよう工夫がなされています。
と言いながら実はまだ一回もプールに行ってない私。(^^;
プールは整備されてきれいなんですが、虫が多くて、、、、、
ここヴィレッジ内も大小様々な家が立ち並んでいます。
庭にプールがあったり、パターコースがあったりとホントに日本では考えられない
中でもひと際目を引くこの写真の家は、外観は「ピンク」。
まぁ南国だから許されるんでしょうねぇ~。
間口はかる~く20m以上はあるでしょうか？聞いたところによると、この家の
オーナーは市内でも有名なパン屋さんだそうです。うらやましいですね~。
こちら南国では私達のような外国人は不動産物件を購入することは
でも外国人でも物件を購入できる方法はあります。
例えば配偶者が現地の人の場合は例外です。また一軒家ではなくマンションの
ようないわゆるコンドミニアムタイプは購入することができます。
物件購入の為に外国人の方が、こちらの人から名義だけ借りて購入したものの
なぜか数年後には家を乗っ取られている、なんていう話はよく耳にします。。。。
Long time no update.
In Japan, it seems that this summer was terrible hot
and so many people died of heat stroke due to long spell of
heat weather and please take care of yourselves for everyone.
Because I have been living in this southern country of perpetual
summer actually for one year or more.
It is thought that it might be greatly cooler than recent Japan
though it is a perpetual summer.
A housing situation here in the south is a little changeable and
interesting.I want to introduce it for a moment.
We can image it's really "poor" when hearing it with the southen
countries.
The gap between rich and poor is wide here.
Rich people are really really rich.
There are many houses in the upscale residential area that is called
a partitioned space where there are the gate and the guard on the exist,
so-called "Village", and many such well-to-do people and foreigners
are living here.
Because the person and the car that goes in and out have been severely
checked here for 24 hours, it is fully secure withen a village.
There are a lot of residential areas that are called such village
here and the area partitioned by gate seems worlds apart.
There are a tennis court, swimming pool and also the clubhouse here.
We can enjoy them.
But I've never been there(espercially pool).(^^;
Though the pool is maintained well and beautiful,
but there are a lot of insects.
The various houses from big to small are standing in a row in a Village.
There is a house with a pool in the garden, and with a putter course
and so on. We can build a house which we never build in Japan.
Actually, the externals of the house in this photograph
is really " Pink". In addition, the house is quite attractive design,
because is it southern country? That's why it is ~ ...might permid...
I don't knouw.....
It seems 11.6 meters or more wide. The owner of this house seems to be
a famous bakery in this city according to hearing...envying...
Here in the south,foreigner,like me,can't purchase real estate.
I think it will cause the destraction of real estate price.
But there is a way to purchase real estate even if we are foreigners.
For example,if your spouse is Filipino,you can buy real estate
as an exception.
In adittion,you can buy what it calls "a cond",not a house.
I've picked up a rumor that he has been taken over the house by them
in the long run althougth he bought a house under the name of Filipino......

逆にこちらこそ、長いブランクがあったにもかかわらず
すぐに見に来て下さってホントにありがとうございます。

うらやましい~。桃はこちらもあるのですが
日本の桃と違ってイマイチおいしくなさそうなので
まだ買ってません。。。今年は暑かったから夏のフルーツも
さぞ甘かったのでしょうね~。

ほんとに暑い夏でした。一昨日は30度越えていたのに今日は寒くて、いま暖房入れちゃいました…。
日本は亜熱帯化してますね。静岡ではドラゴンフルーツの栽培がはじまりました。
素敵なところにお住まいですね。羨ましいわぁ。
