右目の充血
From last Friday, The right eye has been bloodshot. During the teachers' training on Saturday in Shinjuku, I was troubled. As I could not stand a pain and I took off the contact lenses. And I wore grasses in the train. Today I have to stay in the dormitory, but I have a lot things to complete.

Non alcohol day
I like drinking, so I drink some cans of beer every night. My wife often tells me to have no alcohol day for my health. Beers and some snacks before going to bed are my favorite. This year I have to stay in the baseball dormitory once a week. I can't drink at night. That is the hardest for me though there are another troublesome jobs.
