夢は、こうなりたい、こうしたいという鮮明なイメージをまず思い浮かべることが重要。
夢を実現するには、なれますようにという憧れのイメージではなく、
その夢が実現されているイメージを思い浮かべることが原則。
英語では、現在形を使うことで、すでになれている自分を思い浮かべる。
サルサのダンサーになりたいのであれば、
I am a professional salsa dancer. I perform in Albert Hall.
脳のキャパシティは無限といっていい。
夢はいくつもってもいい。
100個でも200個でも夢をもてば、脳は全てを実現するために同時平行で必要な情報を探しはじめる。

まずは、手帳にたくさんの夢を英語で書いてみよう。
e.g.
I am a famous make-up artist.
I earn 10 million yen a year.
I live in a large apartment in Daikanyama.
I often travel to France on business.
私は有名なメイクアップアーティストです。
私は代官山の広いマンションに住んでいます。
私は出張でよくフランスに行きます。

By March 2017, my goal is to find a new job in a foreign company.
I will achieve this goal by inspiring myself with this jounal and being defiant.
My goal for the day: Memorize one English word.
My goal for the week: Write this journal in English.
My goal for the month: Read an English book.
My goal for the next six months: Get a score over 700 in TOEIC.
My goal for the year: Be able to talk about myself in English.
