Today I'd like to introduce you to eel rice bowls　「鰻丼　うなどん」, a favorite dish of Japanese people.

In Japan, eel is eaten to get you going in the middle of summer, and it's delicious because it's

soaked in a sweet and spicy sauce.

The eel in the eel rice bowls here is almost twice as big as in regular restaurants. Since no one can finish it, you can take it home. It's very popular, so you may have to line up for about an hour, but please give it a try.

Today I'll introduce you to an eel restaurant in Shinkoiwa, Tokyo.

It takes about 10 minutes from Tokyo Station by train.

The most recommended eel on the menu is the 5,000 yen eel rice bowls!

The price of eel is rising in Japan now, and the amount of eel is usually half of this price, so the size of the eel here is amazing!

The taste is great and the rice is delicious too!

I don't think you will be able to eat all of them, so ask the waiter to give you a box to take it home!

To be honest, Japanese people don't get a raise in salary, so those who can afford to eat eel are the lucky ones!
