as for the raise of tax on cigarettes this time, it would have nothing to do with me and my family because none of us smoke.
However, if you would never intend to stop tobacco, how about switching to chewing tobacco , which don't need fire -no need to worry about second-hand smoking nor fire nor getting kept away...?

・I suspect that it's quite difficult to get rid of bullying at schools as long as adults don't stop enjoying themselves bullying other people... :
I recalled a satirical haiku on a newspaper satirizing that children learn the esoteric points of bullying from the government.
・One of the backgrounds I reduced the time to watch television easily might have been that I don't use a remote controller to turn on the TV set, which makes channel-hopping easier.
Of course the main reason was simply because I have something else to do instead of watching TV, and I need a remote controller when I change channels, change the sound volume, and set up recording timer.
When I turn on and off TV, I push the button on its body so that I can reduce standby electricity.
