But come to think of it, I have an impression that the number of news related to this disaster dropped in less than a few weeks. I might have overlooked them -but anyway: It's not the first time a massive earthquake hit this area, but the same tragedies have been repeated
such as building collapse due to lack of earthquake resistance, and hindered rescue due to rejecting various helping hands from other countries. I'd like to question them: Just after the earthquake, they turned down the offer of support from our country. How many lives lost by turning down the offer of support from other countries aside... If the stricken area were a big city where government agencies are located instead of provinces, would they have asked and accepted supports from other countries frankly?
Well...we shouldn't be a pot calling the kettle black. Eighteen years ago, at the time of 1.17 earthquake, the government in our country didn't accept the offer of support from other countries immediately and criticism arouse.
Now there is a lesson: In cases of troubles thataffect others and beyond single-hand solution
-from personal problems to national crises-
Which do you think better, working on the problem with others for solution and improvement, or keeping your face and make matters worse? Superfluously; I'd like to question againbyplacing again: The neighboring peninsular country seems to indulge in trying to ostracize our country by calling off the visits of foreign minister and so on, But when I read news related with this problem first, I wondered whether they are ready to be charged with all the problems related with northern half of the peninsular by themselves alone. On the second thought, just as for those three countries,asI see recent disgraceful slander exchanges, I feel like thinking that it might be better off for each country to concentrate on each business to mind...
