In our country, school term starts from April.
Is school happy place for children and students? Some are yes, some are no.
Last year, cases were reported one after another that children from evacuation zone are bullied at new schools.
One of them who took the fact out of shadows had been blackmailed about reparation money and extorted with large amount of cash from classmates.
Superintendent of education in this city had the impudence to say that this student was standing treat.
How could this superintendent of education become a superintendent of education? Such adults need to be educated first of all.
Come to think of it , from the year of 3.11 earthquake disaster, while some refugees stroke out on new lives with allies,
There were already people who cannot distinguish radioactivity and infectious disease,
　And they have taken the lead in bullying refugees about radioactivity and reparation money, haven't they?
　　From among neighborhoods to online.
　　　Then why are those problems surfacing suddenly NOW?
A satirical haiku posted on a newspaper expresses it very well, saying that even children follow nation bullying Fukushima .
National leaders and their policy lead to bullies at schools in the end
-I cannot afford to expand the story about it today.

As for schools, narrow and closed world called school is pointed out as background of bully cases . -How about other countries?
Students are not allowed to have places outside of school and home, locked inside the school.
Victims are cornered, sometimes death.
Needless to say, "studying" is important and necessary, but how about "schools"? -This is another story for today.
Besides, there are teachers who take the lead in bullies.
When I was the third grade, the teacher in charge instituted a class hour to talk about problems in class every week -let me call this " class discussion ".
This was actually kangaroo courts fights.
As a result, children came to squabble all the time; every time there were even tiny troubles, they were indignant that they would bring up about it at next class discussion .
Now, adults including school and parents should deal with bully cases quickly ,
　Because many of recent bully cases are genuine crimes.
However, with wrong measures, whole school will be like my third-grade class mentioned above .
If this teacher had encouraged children to praise others who acted good in class discussion , the whole class would have been more friendly.
Children should be encouraged to think, act, and contact with people constructively
-Adults must show good examples first , needless to say.

As is already said, while children don't listen to adults, they imitate what adults do.
And school is society in miniature.

An example explained the most easily: there are mothers eagerly comparing each other and striving for mastery, sometimes over things unrelated with themselves such as husbands' occupation and income.
This is expressed as mounting activity -behavior of monkeys.
I'd like to ask them again: Do you want your children learn from you and grow up to be bullies?
I'd like to ask their husbands again: Do you try to stop them from mounting activity?

Superfluously , an artless -or childish question:
Is there anybody who hesitates to have children with a reason that they themselves don't want to get related with school matters in any way?
Of course, finance and career problems, and environment of child care are much major reasons of current low birthrate, I understand.
