1. As is already been feared and predicted, the moment the second State of Emergency, explosive increases in cases came back, and now, situation is much worse than the State of Emergency period.
Once I imagined that Panjandrums wouldn't announce third State of Emergency obstinately -at least in Capital Area, for the sake of upcoming Olympic game they want to bulldoze at the cost of not only our nation but also the world, but it turned out to be wrong.
Until this week, instead of State of Emergency, a regulation is induced that enables each local government to reinforce infection control measures even without State of Emergency.
One of the things local governments can order is regulations on restaurants and eating houses, such as closing at eight at night.

　　-What do they expect by doing Official Self-restraint police ?
　　　I'm afraid that their current infection control measures and third State of Emergency just increase missions of Police-wannabes and streetdrinkers again.
If they control restaurants so strictly, they have more targets else to regulate, don't they?

After consumption tax was raised in 2014, price display was the base price plus tax.
From this April, displaying tax-inclusive price is required.
On the whole, consumers welcome this change because it's easier to see how much they are paying.
But some retailers concern that customers take this change as price raise and sales declines.
I feel that conventional price display showing base price and tax had been rather cheating.
I think that the best price display is to place both base price and tax-including price.
