1. I still haven't figured out too well how to use "They" as gender-neutral singular personal pronoun
-Although I searched and realized that the usage of "They" is similar to "You" .
I have a feeling that it can take long time to take hold in English education scene in our state.
　"They" is ordinally plural personal pronoun.
　　At least in our state, if English teachers see a student's sentence using "They" as singular personal pronoun, they could make rash judgement that this sentence is a mistake.
-Me? To tell the truth, if I see actual sentences, I'm confused.

2. To close gender-gap in our state? We have long ways to go, but today, I'd like to leave three drastic fantasies to push forward.

Make March 3 a national holiday .
In our state, May 5 , the Boys' Festival is a national holiday named Children's Day.
But March 3 , the Girl's Festival is not national holiday , and when I was a child, I felt it's unfair.
If the problem is too many national holidays, they should abolish meaningless set of national holidays Marine Day and Mountain Day.
・As gradually more and more general public wish, what if current Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress's Daughter takes the position of Emperor in the future?
-Although realistically speaking, legal reforms and awareness-raising of moss-headed conservatists are necessary.
・ It's necessary to introduce sterilization penalty to vicious sex criminals which is already introduced in some other states.
At least, it works as a deterrent.
Our state is sex pests' heaven, which is too disgraceful as an advanced nation.

3. At Berlin Film Festival , awards for male actors and female actors were abolished, and replaced by awards for leading actors and supporting actors ?
Some approve that just like scriptwriters and movie directors are not awarded by gender, actors shouldn't be awarded by gender, either .
Some concern that the change will reduce the chance for women to be awarded under the current reality that men tend to act more important roles .
I imagined: This concern will come true for a while.
But eventually and gradually, stories and characters will be changed, and more and more women will act important roles.
