太陽と戦慄 発売40周年記念盤が10月リリースへ
ジョン・ウェットン、ビル・ブルフォードの史上最強リズム隊が在籍していた後期キング・クリムゾン（1972-74）の73年作「Larks' Tongues in Aspic」（邦題：太陽と戦慄）の発売40周年記念盤が豪華仕様で10月15日に発売されます。2CD版、CD＋DVDオーディオ版、13CD＋DVDオーディオ＋Blu-ray限定ボックスセットの３タイプがあり、DVDオーディオには、5.1 new surround mix、オリジナル＆ニュー・ステレオ・ミックスのハイレゾ音源が収録されます。新ミックスは本シリーズ制作を手がけているポーキュパイン・トゥリーのスティーヴン・ウィルソンによるもので、DVDには30分の初出スタジオ・ライヴ（音源か映像）も収められる予定とか。13CD＋DVDオーディオ＋Blu-rayの限定ボックスセットは、セッション集を含むスタジオ音源のCD4枚、スタジオ・ライヴのCD1枚、ブートレグ＆サウンドボード録音によるライヴ音源のリストア版のCD8枚、DVDオーディオ（上記と同じ）、DVDオーディオ・コンテンツを高音質で収めたBlu-ray、36ページのブックレット、ポストカードなどを合わせたもので7000セットの限定発売。2CD版にはオリジナルとニュー・ステレオ・ミックスが収められる予定です。ファンは今から貯金が必要か（？）。

以下、ビリーのコメントより"Delta Sierra Juliet" from the 5th solo CD "What Was The Question? " by Billy Sherwood. All instruments and vocal performances Billy Sherwood.John Wetton performs a guest vocal on this one track from the CD. available at www.billysherwood.com The song is based on a true story of a man flying in his plane when he comes into contact with some.... the transcripts are well documented. His final words were "It's hover above me and it's not an aircraft"John Wetton only sings a few lines... "Light ships upon the ocean" / "Her and I are one" and the main title "Delta Sierra Juliet". It was an honor to have him on this new solo CD of mine.
