December 21st(Sun) A KAWAZU carnation exhibition park
A KAWAZU carnation exhibition park chose the (special ridge) where a test grows a new breed especially and also did small agricultural chemicals-ization and a ground study, etc. according to the destination where information on the correct special quality of the new breed is offered to a producer, and was made for a study of leading carnation cultivation technique. For such purpose, they aren't facilities of floral hunt. (A cut flower is being sold irregularly.)
366 kinds of about 12,850 stocks of carnation is grown in 1500 square meters of greenhouse (plastic greenhouse), and a greenhouse consists of a general ridge and a special ridge.
● (24 kinds of 5350 stock) is grown by a general ridge as the main kind of town production.
● Ridges are the facilities where I made sure that test cultivation of the annual carnation new kind can be visited for a general person, too especially, so 342 kinds which aren't shipped to a market can see an unusual carnation (7500 stocks).
It's opening every year in December on 3rd Sunday-in May of next year on 3rd Sunday. But, the floral hunt in the park is bad.
The charge: An adult of 300 yen and elementary and junior high schoolers of 100 yen (A group, more than 10 people will discount by 1 tenth.)
A parking lot: There is a charge during a free※ cherry tree festival period.
