The Exynos 2500 is also rumored to power the upcoming Galaxy S25 lineup, but with Samsung reportedly facing poor yields of the 3nm chips, one wonders if enough will be ready in time for release.

With the Galaxy Z Flip7 and Flip7 FE likely to launch in the second half of next year, this could provide Samsung with more time to address the inconsistent Exynos 2500 yields.
