■　こだわりの「かやき」が大集合・・・（１）

■　第２回目となりました「秋田かやき祭り」・・・
　　収穫の秋、食欲の秋にふさわしい！秋田の食の文化を一同に介した「お祭り」・・

　　幼少のころ！陶磁器なべ、鉄なべの無かったころは、直径２０cmを越える「ホタテ貝」の殼を使った・・貝やき・・「かやき」・・(笑)。

　　炎天下！・・２日間に渡っての、秋田駅前「アゴラ広場」は押すな押すなの大にぎわい？。

■　肉や魚介類、季節の野菜などを使った鍋料理！・・「かやき」を味わうイベントなのです。

　　出店１４店、レシピの多さ！飾り付け、アイデア商品盛り沢山・・。

■　この「お祭り」の最大特徴は・・・

　　ステージイベント・・・「秋田の芸能文化」まるだし！にあるのです。

　　下は、演者も多く活気旺盛な太鼓の演奏・・・
　　「八郎太鼓」・・・八郎太郎の！夢とロマンを語る、龍勢会のメンバーです。
