こちらはタイ湖名物、タニシの肉詰めです。

This is a local special dish of Ho Tay lake, stuffed pond snail with meat.

ミンチ肉とブツブツに切ったタニシの身を混ぜて肉団子にしたものを、

ハーブを敷いた貝がらに詰めて蒸したものです。

ニョクマム（魚醤）ベースのたれにつけていただきます。

It is served with souce baced nuoc mam(fish souce).

お味はとてもあっさり。 

Very simple thin taste.

タニシの身はサザエみたいにコリコリとした食感。

The pond snail has crunchy texture as turban chell.

こちらはどのレストランにも必ずある定番の、空芯菜の炒めもの。

This is a very standard dish,fried water spinach which you can find at any restarant.

とっても美味しい。

It is very good.

ベトナム料理はどこで食べてもお野菜がたくさん食べられて、とてもヘルシーです。

At any restarant, you can have a lot of vegitables in Vietnam which makes you so healthy.

胃や腸が洗われそうな感じがするほど、繊維質たっぷりです。

I even feel like that lots of dietary fiber whould wash up my stomach.

日本で外食すると、これだけの量の野菜を食べられることは、なかなかないですよね。

In Japanese restaurants, it is not easy to have such a lot of vegitables, is it?

奥に見えるのは小エビのフリッター。

The other dish behind is a fritter of small shrimps. 

この店いちばんの名物なのですが、エビよりも衣を食べている感じ。

It is the most popular local dish in this restaurant though,

it is just like eating only  a batter coating.

シーフード焼きそばは、エビも野菜もたっぷり！

See such a Lot of shrimps and vegitables in sea food fried noodle!

お味は日本の中華料理店で食べる塩味の焼きそばと、まったく同じ。

Its tast is just like a fried noodle we have in Chinese restaurants in Japan.

タイ湖が眺められるオープンエアーの2階席です。

We had seats on the roof teras with a view of Ho Tay lake.

風が心地よくて、気持ちよかったです。

The soft wind made us feel good.

日が暮れてくるとこんな感じ。

After sunset.

親戚、家族と思われるグループ客がほとんど。

Most of customers seemed in a  group of family and relatives.

親族のつながりの深いベトナム社会です。

Vietnamese family bond is very strong.

１階には屋内席と、屋外のレイクサイド席。ロケーション抜群の有名店です。

On the first floor, there was seats inside and also outside just by the lake. 

It is very famous restaurant of very good location.

写真つき英語メニューがあるので、オーダーもしやすかったです。

They had a menu with pictures and English which was easy for us to order.
