At an office of pharmaceutical company, two MRs have just transferred.
Each talked about their vision at meeting of first day.
“In three years I will have been maintain sales target at full.”
“In three years I will contribute to the progress of diabetes medical service”
Both are good resolutions.
However in my opinion, with the latter one, we could do good business by establishing reliable relationship with clients such as doctors and pharmacists, colleagues, couldn’t we?
ある製薬メーカーの営業所に2人のＭＲが赴任してきました。
そして期初の会議で抱負をそれぞれ述べてもらうことになりました。
「3年後に私は売り上げ目標100％連続達成を維持しています」
どちらも立派な抱負です。
が、どうせなら後者の方が、ワクワク、イキイキと、また担当先の医師や薬剤師の方々、同僚の皆さんと良好な雰囲気で仕事ができるのは間違いないと思うのですが・・
