Popular Zumba and hip-hop instructor K... will no longer be giving lessons in Ryogoku at the end of March.Tonight was her last lesson...I left the wake service at the Kaikyoin temple next door to join her for a greeting and photo shoot.I hope he will come back someday.

コロナが落ち着いてきたから！？最近新しい会員が増えて混むようになってきた。風呂場で隣に座って身体を洗ってた小太りのおっさん…って言っても多分年下。あまり見ない顔…たぶん入会したての新人さん。めちゃくちゃ泡立つマイボディーソープで周りに泡を飛ばしまくりながらごしごし身体を洗ってる…ちょっと迷惑！（笑）さっさと髪の毛＆身体を洗いを済ませてジャグジーからのサウナ5分1本勝負して風呂に戻ったらさっきのおっさんまだ同じ場所に座ってて今度は髪の毛が泡だらけ！

30th anniversary
Today is the 30th anniversary of Renaissance Ryogoku opening.I've been going there for 30 years and stayed fit!I wouldn't have even attempted a full marathon!I met good friends and have many wonderful memories.I applaud Yoshie Fujii, who has been an intra-practitioner for 30 years without taking a break and hardly ever standing in for me!
