★税務署へ、すでに確定申告書は先週に提出しています、
　一昨年は、2月末に、去年は、3月に、返金してもらっています。
I submitted a final return to a tax office last week.
They had repaid my money to me in March last year,
and at the end of February two years ago too.
I worry about my life,
Now as I have a sick by "luck of money",

★今年は、マイナンバーは、いりませんので要注意ですね・・！！　　

We don't need our number offering to the office this year yet .

★ 花粉症 には 、

ワセリンが効果 があります。目 や口の周りに塗ると、マスクの代わりになります。
For hay fever, petrolatum(vaseline), the effect is good for you.
It’s better to use around your eyes or lip.

対策/Methods:
＞ウール使用の衣類は花粉をためます、
wear using wool is not good for you.

＞部屋の掃除には、まずモップを使いましょう。
窓際には、たくさん花粉が集まっていますから丁寧に掃除しましょう.
It's good for you that you would better do to use a mop by cleaning the room first.
Because much pollen is collected around the window,so you have to clean politely.　　

>ペットボトルを、わきに抱えると、毛細血管が活性化されて、改善されます。
If you have a plastic bottle under your arm,
a capillary is activated and improved for you.

＞ミカンの皮（1個分）＋ヨーグルトを食べる事が、予防になります。
