When I visited to ask and order with waiting by having a number card in the Shimogyou tax office.

woman officer said,

"you needed reservation by telephone",

I hadn't known that regulation,

perhaps most people might not know it.

so I couldn't be accepted.

but by chance, a male staff answered kindly.

finally,I couldn't get a answer about the detail of  national insurance,

here he said that they couldn't teach about it as he didn't know about it at all.

I think that another people must be  angry.
