In this morning, I went to Sterling Forest State Park again. A week ago last Friday, I as said not to work hard by Doctor. So I should not do sports, practice singing, take a walk or something like that. But I feel I can move my body and I want to do. So today I went to the mountain to take a walk for a little bit with my brand-new mountain shoes. Yesterday, I felt so much back pain. In this morning, it was ok.
Kaz and I went there. And we started walking on Allis Trail in Sterling Forest State Park where comprises 17,953 acres of nearly pristine natural refuge amidst of one of the nation's most densely populated areas, a remarkable piece of woodland, a watershed for millions, and a tremendous outdoor recreation area. After we started the trail, we couldn't go back the way we came. The Allis Trail goes around the Sterling Lake. It takes about 2 hours. I didn't think I would walk around today cause of my body. It was so nice walking for me and feel many things.
