当社は、ロンドン証券取引所(ＡＩＭ)に上場しているロドールリソース社の全株式に対し、公開買付けを行っておりますが、昨日時点で受諾率が68.77％に達しましたので、お知らせします。今月4日から開始された本公開買付けは、受諾率が同月7日時点で51％を超え64.79％に達したので、オファーが成立したと発表しております。

なお、アイビーダイワは、現時点ではまだロドール社の株式を保有または取得してはおりません。

本公開買付け期限は、当社が延長しない限り、11月24日（木）午後1時（ロンドン時間）までとなります。

Further to IB Daiwa's offer to purchase the entire share capital of Lodore as announced on 3 November 2005 and its subsequent announcements advising the level of acceptances and that the Offer had been declared unconditional as to acceptances respectively, Lodore has been notified as of 14 November 2005 that further acceptances under the Offer have been received in respect of 23,999,978 additional Lodore Shares (representing 3.97 per cent of the issued share capital of Lodore) taking the aggregate number of Lodore Shares in respect of which acceptances under the Offer have been received to 415,436,761 Lodore Shares (representing 68.77 per cent of the issued share capital of Lodore).

Lodore has also been notified, that the Offer remains open for acceptances and will close, unless extended by IB Daiwa, at 1.00 p.m. in London on Thursday 24 November 2005.
