May 4 is one of national holidays called midori no hi (みどりの日), Greenery Day since 2007. Between 1989 and 2006 midori no hi was on April 29 and May 4 was called kokumin no kyujitsu (国民の休日), National Holiday.April 29 became Showa no hi (昭和の日), Day of Showa, since 2007 therefore May 4 became midori no hi instead.In that Greenery Day is dedicated to nature, it is similar to holidays such as Earth Day and Arbor Day. 愛媛 赤星山登山に行ってきました。
Saturday,3 May fair 2009年5月3日データ：赤星山（あかほしやま）愛媛県：１４５３ｍ天候：晴れ登山道：問題なし 愛媛県四国中央市土井町7:20 徳島市国府町自宅出発 川之江ＩＣ9：40 赤星山登山口到着 土成ＩＣより、川之江ＩＣまで1時間10分ぐらいで行けました。 川之江インターからもナビの通り行くと簡単に行けましたが、 中尾集落が曲者で、県道から入った感じではおよそ集落があるとは思えないような山道でした。 自慢のIPHONEも圏外になり、ソフトバンクの携帯は利用できませんでしたが、さすが、ドコモはしっかり通話できました。 結局中尾登山口は、逃してしまい鉄塔側登山口より登山開始、道路標識に、登山口の表示があったためその通り行くと、中尾登山口を逃してしまった。 もっと地図で確認しておくべきでした。 この山は、そんなに急な個所もなく、お手軽登山といった感じがしました。 頂上近くのカタクリの群生は、一見の価値ありです。 天候も最初曇っていましたが、頂上へ行く頃にははれ上がっていました。 4月は、仕事が大変急がしく、ストレスの嵐の日々だったが、ここにきてようやく正気を取り戻してきた感がある。 山へ行くと、今までのストレスが全くなかったようになるのは、不思議である。 今回の、赤星山は、お手頃な山で、ゴールデンウイークには、頂上付近では、カタクリの花を楽しむことができる。頂上から見る瀬戸内海の姿もまた、絶景である。（参考リンク） 赤星山の登山記録グーグルから

After jogging we went to Sanuki Mannou park with my wife's brother's family.＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ 今回のうどん巡礼は、高松市内からまんのう公園へと向かうルートをとった。本来の目的は、嫁さんの弟家族とまんのう公園で遊ぶという目的だったので、目標は２，３件を回るということにした。 最初は、琴電栗熊駅の近くにある「手打ちうどん まえば」に行くことにした。丸亀市綾歌栗熊東４２０－２ ０８７７－８６－－２０１４国道32号線を高松から走ってくると、琴電の栗熊駅が見えてくるので、琴電通過後、しばらくして右折する。11時50分頃到着したときは駐車場がほぼ満杯状態だった。セルフサービスの店で、とりあえず、うどん小1玉とちくわ、いなり寿司をとって５００円程度だった。熱いのがほしかったら、麺を暖めるように言われたが、めんどくさかったのでそのまま食べることにしたが、あっためておいたほうがよかったかとちょっと後悔する。 うどんの出汁が大変おいしいと嫁さんのお母さんの評価。おなかがすいていたこともあり、大変おいしいとのみんなの評価である。 2件目は、「うどん・そば 水車うどん」０８７７－７３－２５３１ 仲多度郡買田５４７－１ 最初に、肉うどんをたのんだのを見てお母さんが肉うどんをほしがった。僕は、さっきのまえばでちょっと食べ過ぎた感があったので、天ぷらうどんを注文。弟が限定の釜揚げ「水車うどん」を注文。ここのおすすめは、肉うどんだそうである。 味は大変上等、僕の好みの味である。うどんの麺もしっかりしていて作り手の気合いがが何となく感じられた。 この近辺、まんのう公園近辺はおいしいうどんやさん、有名店が目白押しである。山下うどん、水車うどん、長田うどん、小縣家。次回訪問が楽しみである。 みんなで、国営まんのう公園で遊んだあと、塩入温泉で一風呂浴びて、脇町の焼鳥屋さんで一杯飲んでこの日は終わりました。

Sunday,26 October rain cold.Describing trends,discussing cause and effect.instructor:Crisstudents:middle aged man,junir high school teacher,housewife.How do you think the world will be different in 50years?Last year sales rose 40%.This year the increase reached a record 45%.Sales have increased sharply in the past two years.Medical advances have dramatically increased life expectancy.People are living a lot longer now than in the past.Sales have risen gradually in the past two years.After the decison is announced,rates shold drop.Once the news is made public,we should see a decrease in rates.The price of oil and gas is always fluctuating according to supply and demmand.The fact that small pets are very popular with elderly people is probably a result of many senirs living by themselves.The amount of garbage produced per household has decresed slightl,most likely due to people becoming more environmentally aware.The gradual increase in taxes will cause people to have less disposable income in the long run.A gradual decrease in the overall work force will occer as the number of people retireing increases over the next fifeen years.The amount of overtime that people are now doing will probably cause workers spend less time with their families.The Kakaya bird population will rapidly decline in the coming years.The decline in the Kataya bird population is most likely due to the decline in the numbers of breedong pairs.I think the extinction of the Kataya bird population will probably cause people to think more seriously about other species that are endangered as well.The extinction of the Kataya bird species within twenty yaers could lead to a domino effect that could affect other species in the ecosystem.The number of Japanese people of working age will decrease steadly between 2005 and 2050. I think this could lead to great strain being placed upon the country's finances as less people will be bringing money into the economy,but more people will claiming pensions.The Japanese birthrate will decrease dramatically between 2005 and 2050. This drop will be due to the decrease in the number of young peple within the population.

I completed Tokushima marathon race
Sunday,27 April I wore all red pant,shirt and cap.I expressed my determination for red color like Tigerwood.I ran Tokushima marathon rece.It took 4hours 15minutes.My place was 997.My target time was 4hours.but I failed.Next time I will run in 4hours.Many people lined the route.They cheered us very much.I felt very hapy and comfotable when I saw a lot of people cheering us.After I finished the race.I found my left arch ached.I wonder my new shoes make my foot ached.

瀬戸大橋開通20周年記念 健康マラソン走りました。
Sunday,13 April cloudy after rain 瀬戸大橋開通20周年記念 健康マラソンを走ってきました。15kmのマラソンでしたが、みんな楽しんで走っているようでしたね。記録も順位も関係ないので写真とったりのんびり走ってました。 最初はスピードあげていたんですけど、だんだん馬鹿らしくなりゆっくり景色を楽しむジョグに変更しました。 1時間30分で15キロメートル無事完走。でも、瀬戸大橋フィッシャーマンズワーフの讃岐うどんはまずかったです。あれだけの人の分をいっぺんに出すのであれば仕方ないような気もしますが、あれを讃岐うどんと思って帰った人がいるのは残念です。 あと、ブルーインパルスの飛行が１回しかみられなかったのが残念でした。 今度瀬戸大橋の上を走れるのは何年先のことになるのか楽しみです。徳島マラソンもあと2週間となってきました。ぼちぼちやっていきましょう。

２００８桜街道・夢マラソン（徳島県美波町）
Saturday,6 April cloudy cool久しぶりの桜街道夢マラソンでした。参加者はハーフ２１キロで３６０人前後のようです。最近は、天気が悪かったり、マラソン熱が冷めたりで行く機会が減ってきたということもありますが、走って楽しい大会ではあります。 アップダウンのある大会ですが、後半が下りのため一気にスピードがあがるので比較的タイムはいいという印象があります。 ５月に行われる小豆島のオリーブマラソンよりスピード感は感じられました。肝心の記録は、１時間４８分５８秒４５分台をねらっていたのですが、折り返し点から他のランナーにあおられストライド走法にかえ、一気に走ったのですが、ラスト５キロ地点でスタミナ切れでちょっと残念な気がしました。無理せずイーブンで走っておくべきだったと後悔しています。 来週は、瀬戸大橋を走るマラソンです。毎週きついけど徳島マラソンに向かって頑張ります。自宅出発時間 ６:４７ 会場８：０７(途中ローソンでポカリとゼリー、珈琲）http://www.town.minami.tokushima.jp/mnm/info.php?id=377&PHPSESSID=062ea8c2171913d3cba3cc8c456c987f

Sunday,30 March rainIt's finally looking like spring.New NHK language programs are going to start tomorrow.I'll start to study "Bisiness communication in Simple English.It seems easy to for me to learn.I really looking forward to studying new Englsh program.Yesterday my friends and I practiced running marathon.We run 35kilometers.It took 4 hours to finish running.I left Tokushima central park at 9:00.I came back there at 1:55.We ware very tired.After I came home,I took a bath.and I relaxed.

第2回六甲山登山
Saturday,16 March fair 今回第2回目の六甲山登山となりました。 ハーバーランドのニュー大谷を早々に出発し、高速神戸から阪急芦屋川に到着、ローソンでパンを食べ９：１５頃花時計を出発芦屋川を上流に沿って、登山を開始。天気はよく、絶好の登山日和でした。 花や紅葉の季節でないのは残念ですが、さわやかに登山ができました。 高座の滝を眺め、急坂が始まります、イノシシにえさをやるなという看板が多くあったので、頻繁にイノシシが出てくるのでしょう。 風吹岩に到着、展望がよかったのですが、黄砂の影響か少しかすんでました。 芦屋カントリークラブを途中横切り雨ヶ峠に着きます。今回本庄橋跡は行かず急坂を一気に上り一軒茶屋でうどんとビールで腹ごしらえし、頂上へと向かう。頂上は自転車のグループやアマチュア無線のグループが多く、車でもこれることから多くの人がいた。記念写真をとって、一路有馬温泉へと向かう。穏やかなくだり道で比較的歩きやすく、１３：３０ 有馬バスターミナル近くの「金の湯」に到着、たくさんの人でも何とか入れました。（６５０円）独特の金色のお湯にびっくりです。汗を流しゆっくりと疲れをとり、時間がなかったので、バスはあきらめ、神戸鉄道「有馬温泉駅」から地下鉄三宮まで帰ってきました。 今回は、温泉にも入れ、天気もよく快適な登山ができました。
