通算24回目のEnglish Centralの会話練習です。一昨年の９月からスタートしているので、平均すると月１，２回のペース。もうちょっと練習しないといけません。
今日の先生はlaine先生。初めての先生でしたが、彼女はフィリピン語、英語、スペイン語が話せるそうです。ついでに日本語も勉強中だとか。。。自分なんかは日本語しか話せないと思うと恥ずかしいですね。。
で、本題。
今日、まず覚えておきたいのは Vの発音です。
『下唇を噛むような形』 で言うのをマスターしないといけないことを教わりました。
あとは文法修正です。
I want to be study more. (O)
We are surprised for the unforeseen results about today's soccer game. (O)
Keep something in good condition. (O)
◆UPKEEP (Noun) 7
this mean that keep something good condition.
I pay a lot of money to UPKEEP my car.
◆ SURPLUS (Noun) 5
this mean that a quantity much larger than needed.
Our company surpuls is up 20% on the previous year.So I hope we get good bornus.
◆BACKUP(Noun)5
this means that this is the second option to defend something.
we have BACKUP plan to contract new our customer .
◆ UNFORESEEN(Adj)5
this means that we can't predict somethin.
◆ CONSUME(Verb)4
This means that we use something and the thing of using is disappered.
this machine consume a half of all the power we have.
最後にＱ＆Ａです。下に自分が予習した文を書いています。
(1)Do you think real estate is a good investment? Why or why not?
other method is investiment real estamete. if you lost your job. but you still have other two methods. so you are not urgent to find next job. I think it is good point to have real investiment. If I have enough money , I want to try it.
(2)Describe a house, building or a piece of land that you want to own.
Umm , I don't have this idea now. But If I have a land to rent to other people,
this place is near store and school and hospital. that's way it is convinent for
people to live. And I can get a more rental fee.
(3)Apart from real estate, what else can be a constant source of income?
Other income are investiment stock or foreign currency or national goverment bond.
