　Green building―requires developers to get LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver level certification if the project is more than 10,000 square feet and receiving a certain amount of public funds.

グリーンビルディング　1万フィート平方以上の広さ（＝９３０平方メートル）の建物はＬＥＥＤ（全米グリーン建築評議会による格付け）のシルバーレベルの認証を受けなければならない。そのために公的補助金を受けることができる。

　Green Buildings: LEED certification if

　Larger than 10,000 square feet
　　　1万平方フィート以上の建物
　Get Financial Assistance of $200,000 or 10% project costs
　　　２０万ドルまたはコスト10%の補助金
