Bashar: The Difference Between Self-Centered and Other-Centered Perspectives
Connecting with each person in the world through “happiness” is the self-centered perspective. Connecting with each person in the world through “negative thoughts” is the other-centered perspective.
When the self-centered perspective becomes positive, it integrates through excitement. When the other-centered perspective becomes positive, it integrates through “misery loves company.”
The Self-Centered Perspective is the perspective of awakening (with a temperature difference). The Other-Centered Perspective is the perspective of sleep (with a temperature difference).
When the Self-Centered Perspective becomes negative, it criticizes oneself. When the Other-Centered Perspective becomes negative, it criticizes everyone else.
The other-axis is thought to excel in empathy. However, this is not ‘unconditional love,’ but rather limited, ‘love based on how things should be.’ This is not love.
