Last time, me and my partner go this cafe called "Cafe Blanc/カフェブラン" located in Gakuen-dori, Matsue city. Their main dish is a waffle but they are also serving cakes, pasta, etc. It has a classy vibes and a quiet place that perfect for those who love to relax in the mean time.
I tried their ベリーベリー(beri-beri) waffle and a caramel latte for the drink. The sweetness and fluffiness of the waffle is perfect for the latte. It looks like a small amount of food but I guarantee that it will make you full once you finish the dish. I highly recommend this cafe!
