いい上司、悪い上司
今日は、朝から嫌な気分私は、アメリカで日系企業で働いていますが、色々悩まされます。。。。。いい上司ってどんな上司でしょう？私の上司は良い上司ではないと思います。小さな会社なので、全てが筒抜けなのですが、私の上司は独裁者的です。それだけではありません。言ってもないことを他の従業員に言っています。例えば『～さんが、君より仕事ができるって言ってたよ。」等従業員同士がいかにもお互いの悪口を言っているように言って回っているのです。はっきり言っていい名誉棄損ですよっ上司はそういうことすべきではないですよね～もしそれで従業員同士の仲が悪くなったらどうしてくれるんですかって思います。良い上司、悪い上司ってなんなんですかね～ただ日々思う事は、そういう色々な上司を見て、自分はそういう風にはなりたくないと思い、学んでいると思えばいいのかなって。一度だけ、この人の元でだったら働きたいっていう女上司がいました。その人はすご～く厳しいんです。でもうまくいくと褒める。彼女自身が間違えれば過ちを認める。厳しいけれども、ものすごく愛情を感じました。結局、その仕事自体私に向いていなかったので、止めたのですが、でも彼女の事は今でも、良い上司だったと、ああいう風になりたいと今でも思います。今日も一日、仕事頑張ります。

勉強っ!!!
今日から「Saunders Comprehensive Revies for the NCLEX-RN』を始めました。いろんな人のブログを参考にしていたら、結構な人がこのテキストを使って勉強しているようなので、（ちなみにアマゾンでもいい評価を得てました！！）私もまずはこのテキストから取りかかる事にしました。http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1416031995/103-1628554-4709437ちなみにこのテキストの勉強法は１）各チャプターの終わりについている問題をまず、解く。２）正解率が７割から８割であれば、次にチャプターに進む。 正解率がそれ以下であれば、チャプターの最初から読み、そして再度問題を解く。このように、昔通っていた看護学校の先生に言われました。参考までに。この調子で毎日頑張るぞ!!!

初ブログ
初ブログ。アメリカに来て５年目。何度もRegistered Nurseの資格を取ろうと勉強を始めては、色々あり、中断していました～。でも、やはり夢あきらめられず、２００８年の３月までには合格できるように、頑張ります。色々な人のブログを見て、やる気にさせられたし、参考になったので、自分も誰かの役にも立てればと思い、今日からコツコツNCLEXの勉強日記を付けていきま～す。これからは、私の勉強の参考にさせていただいているブログも追加していきたいです。
