テーマ：ダイエット！健康！美容！(47214)

最終目標まではまだまだですが、３ヶ月で７キロ減成功しました！

ひたすらカロリー計算。カロリー計算。
お昼は週に５回おからクッキーで置き換えダイエット。野菜で腹を膨らます！

衝撃価格！ダイエット応援SALE!!満腹＆満足実感！！人気のヘルシーおやつ！おから豆乳クッキー...
価格：1,890円（税込、送料別）

アイスが大好きなので箱アイスを購入し、１本当たりのカロリーを減らし。。。

とりあえず、７キロ。

最終目標は独身時代体重！って、スーパーモデル体重らしい・・・

って、絶対違うと思う。何かの間違いだと思う。スーパーモデルのようなすばらしい体系ではなかったぞ。

とりあえず、目標は-4.5キロ頑張る！がんばろう！いつまでに？

ただ、思うことは、７キロ減って、体が軽くなった！
今までは息切れしやすかった事も、すんなり出来るようになった。
それに、保育園から会社までの道のりを３０分近くかかっていたのに、今日は２０分強で歩けた！
はけなかったパンツがはけるようになった！
留まらなかったお気に入りのジャケットのボタンが留まるようになった！

頑張ろう。

ちなみに、今の体重は６年以上ぶりです
