Former US Open champion Andy Roddick is out of the US Open. Andy lost the match 7-6, 7-6, 7-6, after having the opportunity to serve out the first set.
He had 0 unforced errors until Muller broke serve to level the first set. Andy has always been past the quarter-finals at the US Open. His only first round loss was back in 2000.
``I don't really remember a loss where I've felt this bad afterwards,'' Roddick said. ``I love playing here. I probably had the best practice week I've ever had in leadup. It just didn't translate tonight. ... I'm in a little bit of shock right now, to be honest. I'd give anything to go back four hours right now.''
This is a disappointing loss for Andy and lets hope he can do better for the indoor season。がんばれぇぇANDY!!
